We are looking for Moving customer service reps for a busy moving company in Delray Beach (HOUSEHOLD MOVING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED).
The customer service position includes the following duties. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Must be reliable, responsible, and detailed oriented.
Must be a team player.
Must answer incoming calls, make necessary outbound calls.
Must resolve customer issues.
Must provide exceptional customer service.
Must be a good listener.
Must troubleshoots situations accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers on the phone.
Must have basic computer knowledge.
A BIG plus if you know Granot software, but will train if need be.
Hours:
Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm Fridays 9am-5:15pm.
Required:
one weekday after hours shift till 9 pm and one 4 hour weekend shift (overtime pay).
