Receive packages and create warehouse receipts
Creates shipping documentations.
Schedules transportation of shipments.
Works closely with Logistic Manager to assure on-time shipments and provide timely solutions.
Maintain inventory control in the warehouse
Maintains files, issues reports, and responds and assist in any operational inquiries.
Troubleshoot any shipment delays to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
Responsible for Customer Service
Prepares and follows-up on freight claims in order to assure the handling of the shipments.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in traffic-logistics
- Strong computer skills in Excel and Word.
- Be proficient using the Internet.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Must be fluent in Spanish
- Detail oriented.
