Cool Air USA, a leading provider of HVAC services in South Florida, is seeking a talented and organized individual to join our team as a Dispatcher in Lauderhill, FL. In this role, you will be the vital link between our technicians and our customers, ensuring efficient scheduling and communication to keep our clients comfortable year-round.
Responsibilities:
Dispatch HVAC service technicians to customer calls based on urgency, location, and technician skillset.
Maintain clear and accurate communication with technicians and customers regarding job details, arrival times, and updates.
Utilize dispatch software to optimize routing and ensure timely service completion.
Manage appointment scheduling and reschedule appointments as needed.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain detailed records of all dispatch activities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous dispatch experience, particularly in a service-oriented industry, is a plus.
Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus, but not required.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and dispatch software (experience with specific software a plus).
Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
