RESPONSIBILITIES
Having a positive attitude in working with customers, understanding their needs, recommending storage solutions, and helping them acquire the needed product solutions
Assist reservations and walk-in customers (both in person and on the phone) in renting storage units, understanding the lease terms, fees, insurance, completing our lease agreements, and any other documents
Sell merchandise such as boxes, tape, and other products that meet their needs
Ensure the appearance of the property is customer ready and welcoming
Balance the cash drawer; prepare and make daily deposits
Make collection and other types of calls and documents notes in computer system
Help prepare and process all auctions files followed by law statues
Maintain all required tenant documentation in order set by management
Requirements:
Experience in Customer Service a must
Must be able to work weekends both Saturdays & Sundays
Must be fluent in English
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $16.00 /hour
