Customer Service:
Are you a customer service professional looking for a great opportunity in insurance? You might be a perfect fit for our open insurance customer service representative role. You'll be in charge of giving current policyholders excellent customer service by resolving billing issues, amending policies, and making policy suggestions. Additional tasks include generating policy quotes and providing coverage advice for new and potential customers. Responsibilities:
-Retaining active members by employing critical thinking and problem-solving strategies to maintain customer satisfaction.
-Explain, assure, and confidently review policy information with members to aid them in understanding their purchased products and services
-Inputting data in member profiles and Google Workspace applications to track member activity and interaction history
-Provide exemplary service to customers using efficient and compassionate approaches
Qualifications
-Experience with customer retention and customer service required
-Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
-Knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules is preferred
-Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications preferred
