We are looking for an experienced customer service representative for our rapidly growing moving brokerage.
Representative will act as a liaison between our client's and carrier's.
Duties include managing incoming/outgoing telephone calls, texts and emails.
Calls: informational calls, sale verifications, customer service inquiries, ETA's, and handling complaints
Departments' goal is to provide our customers with a seamless, professional experience and achieve customer satisfaction. We are not like many of the other offices. You can be proud of the work you do!
The candidate should be able to:
Follow procedures and company guidelines
Navigate a CRM as well as google docs
Multi-task and prioritize effectively while being detail oriented.
Industry experience is required.
Compensation is based on Experience. Minimum $750 a week / $18.75 Hrly - 1099 contractor
