Boca Raton based Relocation Moving company seeks Experienced Customer service rep to join our growing team.
Must be able to work in fast paced environment where your job description will include the following
Communicating with individual carriers who are assigned to our jobs ensuring the proper communication with customer is done
Answering inbound customer related calls. Also Outbound confirmation and ETA calls
Must be patient and able to solve issues and deal with any conflict that may arise
Be a team player and a positive communicator
Must be organized and detail oriented
Experience in Granot software is a plus
This is a Full time position requiring some on call hours as well
