Job Description:
-Welcoming and Greeting Guest, assisting them with lounge chairs, towels and umbrellas etc.
-Set up umbrellas and cabanas.
-Towels prepared and offered to the guest.
-Wipe all chairs.
-Must be customer-service oriented.
-Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
Requirements:
-Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
-Strong public speaking skills to effectively communicate with guests.
-Knowledge of conflict management techniques to handle guest concerns professionally.
-Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
-A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere.
