Requirements:
Proven experience as a Permit Technician.
Knowledge of local permitting processes for impact windows or roofing.
Experience in building permit packs for either windows or roofing.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Experience with HOA’s, ordering materials, and collections is a plus but not required.
BI-Lingual is a huge advantage in this position
