Senior Accounts Receivable Manager
Are you detail-oriented with a passion for precision? Join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist and become an integral part of our financial operations.
We're a non-bank lender to businesses. Currently, we're seeking a candidate with experience in accounts receivable (A/R) or accounts payable (A/P) to join our team of account managers.
As the primary contact with our clients our account managers play a crucial role in maintaining effective communication. They're responsible for delivering timely and precise updates on account statuses, while diligently assessing and overseeing collateral on a continuous basis. It's important to note that our portfolio comprises solely of performing receivables, meaning this role does not entail collections. Account managers engage in a diverse array of responsibilities vital for sustaining overall portfolio profitability and security.

Responsibilities include:
· Data entry of invoices
· Corresponding with clients and their customers via email and phone
· Manage the status of open accounts and identify inconsistencies
· Cash Application
· Update database with new customers and information
· Analyze and cross-reference invoices to other documents for accuracy
· Research and monitor companies on multiple platforms
· Process funding requests
You are an ideal candidate if:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
Have Managed a team of 5 or more people
Have experience as Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable manager
Motivated
Have strong phone and interpersonal skills
Possess the ability to prioritize and multitask
