Our Interior Design Firm has an immediate opening for a skilled and responsible Full Charge Bookkeeper “with experience in the interior design field” to maintain our financial records, day-to-day accounting functions, accruals, financial statement preparation, and performing general accounting duties, as required. THIS IS IN OFFICE ONLY NO REMOTE WORK.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
· Process full cycle Accounts Payable and Receivable, including preparation of weekly invoices, daily purchase orders, client invoices, time billing invoices, maintaining customer records, vendor records and payroll in a timely manner
· Perform Bank reconciliations for depository accounts and credit card reconciliations
· General ledger input and maintenance
· Complete tax forms preparation and processing on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis, including monthly Sales tax submissions
· Maintain required business documents
· Reconcile vendor statements and discrepancies
· Deposit and cash reports
· Work closely with our Accountant when needed to create and analyze financial reports
· Perform other related duties as may be requested - such as general office administration

Requirements:
· Finance Degree and expertise in QuickBooks Online
· Be familiar with the Interior Design industry
· 10 years Full Charge Bookkeeping experience a must
· Hands-On experience, proficient in Microsoft Office
· Highly organized, detail oriented, ability to multitask
· Able to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
· Have excellent oral and written communication skills to efficiently communicate and interact with staff, vendors, subcontractors and clients
· Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) with writing skills on both languages is an asset. Must speak English fluently.
