We are looking for an experienced Collections Director is responsible of the Collections Department which comprises the Customer Service and Collections areas.
Qualifications: Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a similar field preferred
3+ years of management and leadership experience.

Supervise the performance of the collections department.
Guide, train and manage lower-level management and supervisors.
Prepare performance reports for presentation to upper administration.
Ensure excellent costumer service and customer retention.
Handle escalated customer concerns.
Collaborate with the research and development department to improve processes and marketing.
Collaborate with the operations department.
Ensure that all branches follow safety, health and business laws and regulations.
Effectively communicate the company's mission and values.
Report absences, vacations, and permits of their team.
Supervise bankruptcies, charge offs, legal, car sales and repossessions accounts.
Receive office mail periodically.
Accomplish the goals established in the company's scorecard.
