We are currently looking for a Bilingual (English and Spanish) Collections Clerk with at least 1 to 2 years of experience working in collections - preferably with a background in the auto industry. Candidate must speak well, have great communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment:

Responsibilities:
· Review status of delinquent accounts and initiate appropriate collection efforts on a timely basis.
· Maintain accurate notes in the system.
· Contact customers to obtain promises to pay, follow up on the status of payments and escalate if necessary.
· Verify customers' auto insurance policy status.
· Process customers payments and apply to accounts accordingly
· Report any potential account issues to the manager

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Weekly day range:
Monday to Friday
No weekends
