```Duties```
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and budgets
- Manage and maintain electronic systems
- Assist in the preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations
- Conduct balance sheet and bank reconciliations
- Utilize accounting software such, QuickBooks
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience with budget preparation
- Familiarity with technical accounting concepts and practices
- Experience using accounting software for financial tasks
