Full time Bookkeeper Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM 100% paid Health Insurance
Responsibilities:
Review financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet) prepared by the bookkeeping team.
Identify and correct bookkeeping discrepancies, providing feedback to the bookkeeping team.
Generate ad hoc financial reports as requested by clients and management.
Enter invoices, bills, checks, and deposits into QuickBooks, as needed.
Process payroll accurately and on time.
Calculate and file sales tax returns.
Assist with occasional bookkeeping projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Typing speed of 55+ WPM.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
