We are currently seeking a Procurement/ Subcontract Administrator to support the subcontract personnel within the Mission Networks team. The basic requirements of this position is to support Subcontract Managers with administrative duties such as utilization of the various online tools to assist in the creation of the P.O./Subcontracts, the establishment and maintenance of the subcontract online files, assistance in processing of subcontractor invoices, maintaining current MRP tool data and information, assisting in generating and completion of various forms and reports and information management for successful execution of subcontracts. Our subcontracts encompass a variety of customer segments, including U.S. Federal Government, Commercial, International Governments, International Commercial, and Defense, both domestically and internationally. The diverse range of technologies, products, and services at L3Harris necessitates the use of various subcontract types (e.g., fixed-price, cost reimbursement, time & material, labor hour) to effectively manage risk for both L3Harris and our customers. Non-Disclosure Agreements
Processes invoices for Commercial and Government subcontracts and resolves associated problems with receipts and/or invoicing.
Spend profile reporting
Budget analysis
Subcontract modifications
Information transferred to suppliers via the secure website
Debarment checks
ITAR status checks
Supplier Vetting Requests
Supplier Quality approvals
Ensure files are maintained in compliance with L3Harris Policies and government requirements including creation, management, and archiving, of subcontract files / required documentation
Qualifications:
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance
Preferred Additional Skills:
Requires 6 years of Supply Chain or related business experience in an administrative support capacity.
High School diploma
Basic knowledge of procurement
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, including pivot tables and V-lookup, PowerPoint, etc.)
Demonstrated effective communicator across various professional levels and functions
