POSITION SUMMARY:To be fully engaged in providing Quality/No Harm, Customer Experience, and Stewardship by aligning education delivery to corporate objectives. In collaboration with Health First initiatives, leadership, and the education/training team trains, supports, implements, and evaluates revenue operation systems and tools to support Health First Inc. /Health First Medical Group Management. The mission is to develop intellectual capital to improve individual, group, and organizational effectiveness through providing educational opportunities and practical training which support quality in day-to-day workflow and processes at all HF Facilities.PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Quality/No Harm:

Maintains confidentiality at all times, follows departmental and organizational confidentiality guidelines.

Ensure reports that relate to patient safety are accurate and used appropriately

Participates in development of training programs for all Revenue Operations areas.

Constructively participates in projects as assigned by management by keeping team members updated on the status of assigned tasks and completing assigned milestones and deliverables on time as stipulated.

Work in a team environment to achieve optimal efficiency and effectiveness

Solves problems and demonstrates exceptional critical thinking; brings forward recommendations.

Provide team with ongoing coaching and training needs to include new hire training, one on ones, auditing, shadowing, and communication with the QA and Education team for updates.

Provides on-going education and evaluation for revenue operation associates to ensure the most updated process and procedural information available and advanced competency levels achieved.

Keeps Manager/Director informed of status activities and issues on a regular schedule in appropriate format.

Maintains knowledge of current healthcare issues and trends especially concerning education, healthcare, regulatory standards, JCAHO, and HIPAA.

Maintains working knowledge of troubleshooting techniques to ensure training environments are upgraded and in working order.

Assists with new application roll-outs to appropriate Revenue Operation Departments.

Coordinates group and individual training, documenting attendance as appropriate.

Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Associate Degree in Health Care. Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field preferred. Equivalent experience in a relevant field may be substituted at Manager’s discretion.

Solid knowledge of HCAHPS requirements, statistical concepts, and the survey process.

Knowledge of adult training theories, ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) process, and or ISD experience preferred.

Prior experience conducting and facilitating group sessions.

Proven dependability, flexibility, and a high level of job interest.

Strong customer service orientation.

Ability to lead, organize and work on multiple initiatives/projects without compromising work.

Ability to interact and deliver information in a classroom setting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent analytical, organization and planning skills.

Strong computer skills.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
