Grants Manager

Description We are in the process of hiring a Grants Manager for our client firm based in Altamonte Springs, Florida, United States. As a Grants Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing our grant programs, ensuring efficient administration, and maintaining effective communication with applicants and grantees. Your responsibilities will also include accurate record-keeping and timely updating of grant records.Responsibilities: Oversee the entire grant process, ensuring effective administration of each program Develop an annual grants management calendar for use by all team members Accurately prepare grant applications and relevant materials for distribution to applicants and grantees Respond to inquiries regarding the application and grant reporting processes, and monitor and track submissions Review grant applications and yearly reports for completeness and compliance, resolving any outstanding issues Compile complex reports that provide statistical data, ratings, grant recommendations, and other relevant information Prepare materials for committee and board members, including dashboards and data visualizations to reflect the state of grant making Communicate funding decisions to applicants in a timely manner Collaborate with the Finance Team to prepare grant, vendor, and consultant contracts and establish payment timelines, milestones, and conditions Maintain the integrity of grant files and records, ensuring completeness from initial request to grant close-out Coordinate with the Finance Team to ensure grant payments and other expenses are approved, issued, and accurately recorded Develop data analytics and prepare management information reports Manage the workflow of consultants and special projects, including assessments, site visits, and annual analysis and reports Collaborate with other teams to ensure data consistency across all databases and internal and external websitesMessage Kathy Downs on LinkedIn for detailsRequirements Minimum of 7 years of experience in a related field Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field Proven experience in Grant Administration and Management Demonstrated proficiency in Grant Writing Solid understanding of Grant Accounting principles Track record of successful Budget Monitoring in a similar role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and grant management software Knowledge of legal regulations and procedures related to grant management.
