Description We are offering an opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our professional services team in Maitland, Florida. The individual will play a key role in managing client communications, organizing and processing client work, maintaining the client database, and following up on appointments. This role is crucial to maintaining seamless operations and providing exceptional customer service.MUST be available to work overtime and flexible hours. Responsibilities: Manage client communications via email and other platforms, ensuring prompt and professional responses Oversee the inflow and outflow of client work, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner Maintain the client database, making necessary additions, changes, or deletions as required Follow up on appointments, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word to manage and organize files and data Provide administrative assistance as needed, including data entry and organizing files Provide concierge services, enhancing the overall customer service experience Answer multi-line phone system, directing calls to appropriate parties or taking messages as needed Utilize strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively Ensure the front desk is managed in a professional and organized manner.Requirements Proficient in administrative assistance tasks such as managing schedules, organizing files, and coordinating meetings Experience in answering multi-line phone systems and providing concierge services Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to resolve queries and provide accurate information Ability to perform data entry tasks with speed and accuracy Strong interpersonal skills, capable of effectively liaising with staff and clients Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word Willingness to work in a professional services environment as a Front Desk Coordinator Experience in managing front desk operations and coordinating with different departments Ability to maintain a professional and organized front desk area Capability to perform additional tasks as required by the management Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
