Req ID: RQ177047Type of Requisition: RegularClearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain: Top Secret/SCIJob Family: IntelligenceSkills:Analytical Thinking,Policy Reviews,Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)Experience:0 + years of related experienceUS Citizenship Required:YesJob Description:GDIT has an immediate position available at USCENTCOM Headquarters, Tampa, FL on the CITS2024 contract support USCENTCOM.USCENTCOM requires support for review and analysis supporting DoD Prepublication Security Review (DOPSR), in accordance withDoD Directive 5230.09. This support shall include (but is notlimited to) a complete assessment and thorough review of material requestedfor review through the official DOPSR process and will perform thefollowing:

​Manage, distribute and track the progress for all DOPSR manuscript and

publication reviews through the USCENTCOM Tasker Management Tool (TMT)system.

​Coordinate all DOPSR taskers assigned from the Secretary of the Joint Staff

(SJS) and through coordination with the CCJ6 Task Management Cell assignsecurity reviews to specific Information Security Working Group (ISWG)assigned Directorates to ensure a timely, proper and thorough review isconducted.

​Upon completion of the USCENTCOM command-wide review, consolidate and

adjudicate (as required) all recommendations received during the review.Once complete, formulate the command's position or recommendation and submita Chief of Staff memorandum (through Tasker Management Tool). Ensurestep-by-step coordination and tracking is achieved during the “Senior LeaderApproval Process” (SLAP) to include providing necessary updates are providedto the DOPSR, if necessary.

​Contribute to the overall program development for DOPSR management through

the establishment and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).Provide routine updates to government leadership regarding the status ofopen DOPSR tasks and ensure each is thoroughly completed in a timely manner.CCJ6 DOPSR SME is the Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) for allUSCENTCOM assigned DOPSR taskers. Taskers will be received via SIPRNET,NIPRNET and in some cases through JWICS; in order to safeguard against thepotential release of “Special Access” or Top SECRET information containedwithin these publications/manuscripts, this position will coordinate acrossUSCENTCOM to release specific DOPSR taskers to only “cleared” personnel. Inthis case, coordination, collaboration and management is requiredQualifications:Required Education and Experience:

​Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance

​Tasker Management (TMT) and Administrative / Clerical Skills required

​Legal Knowledge/Government is a Plus- ​Bachelor's Degree in related field and 2 years related experience.

​Extensive administrative and clerical skills

​Knowledge of U.S. Department of Defense security requirements, regulations, policies, and procedures.

​Understand DOD language/terminology.

Experience in lieu of education:

​Very strong understanding and demonstrated experience in policy review,

interpretation and writing skills

Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities to develop reports and presentations.

Excellent writing and communication skills, including the ability to develop

analytical documents and create/present oral briefs to senior management

Ability to work independently with little direction and guidance and as a

member of a team.Desired Qualifications:

​Military experience (joint task force headquarters and/or higher)

Significant experience within USCENTCOM operations, AOR and staff work.

Intelligence experience.

Legal experience.

Some travel may be required. Candidate must hold a valid U.S. passport andbe willing to travel overseas in support of USCENTCOM mission requirements.The likely salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
