And that’s what we know better than anyone.Here at Collin Aerospace, we have an exciting opportunity an entry-level program planning professional to join the Integrated Program Planning department in Largo, FL.The candidate will be responsible for assisting the lead scheduler (or functioning as lead scheduler) with schedule management and analysis, as well as other Program activities for the Program Planning Department. No Relocation assistance availableResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Creation and maintenance of program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
Assist in planning, scheduling and cost estimating tasks.
Perform analyses and prepare reports to assist in ensuring that programs meet or exceed schedule commitments.
Participate in the preparation of schedules for all contract work and perform and/or assist in analyses such as critical path, schedule risk and variance analysis.
Incorporate contractual and programmatic changes into the IMS in order to maintain realistic, current contract schedule baselines.
Qualifications/Experience Needed:
Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Program Management, Program Planning & Scheduling.
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience.
Experience in using MS Office suite products (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
The ability to thrive in a deadline-oriented environment.
Experience working in a team oriented environment.
Must be a U.S. citizen as the position does require access to U.S. only data systems.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Must be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation/reinstatement and must meet eligibility requirements.
Preferred Skills:
Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Program Management, Program Planning & Scheduling or within a job function within the DOD or Aerospace industry.
The ability to interface and influence at all levels of an organization.
Two plus years of professional experience in Program Planning & Scheduling.
Knowledge of the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process Experience with Microsoft Project (or similar project scheduling software).
Ability to balance technical/cost/schedule constraints to achieve customer satisfaction.
Scheduling experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment.
Ability to deliver customer focused solutions.
Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance.

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
