Responsibilities include education of patient regarding set up, use, maintenance and safety of CPAP/Respiratory equipment/supplies in the home. This includes communication with patients and physicians regarding patient's sleep needs.Minimum Qualifications:Education/Experience:Essential:
Hight School or GED with 2 years Customer service experience and 3 years Respiratory or DME related experience; or 2 years customer service experience and 4 years healthcare related experience; or 2 years customer service experience
AA degree or MA/CNA/LPN/RN certification along with 2 years healthcare related experience
Bachelor's degree with 2 years customer service experience along with 1 year healthcare related experience.
