Interested? Read more about our opportunity below Work You will Do:As a Human Capital Management (HCM) Functional Consultant, you should expect to be involved in the following:

Gathering business requirements

Build consensus around business processes and design.

Communication of product capabilities

Consistent and ongoing interaction with client subject matter experts

Configuration of the HCM application

Testing/Validating the solutions

Be cross-trained in one of our market leading HCM cloud platforms (Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP)

We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience.Keeping the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization's productivity through their human capital asset. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.QualificationsRequired:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

2+ years of experience in working with Workday Compensation module

Experience in full life cycle implementation of Workday

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations.

Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel.

Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
