Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Pool Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks related to pool maintenance, including cleaning, water testing, chemical treatments, equipment repairs, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and a dedication to providing excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of swimming pools and related facilities.
- Test water quality and chemistry, and adjust chemical levels as needed.
- Inspect and repair pool equipment, such as pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues related to pool operation and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about pool conditions, maintenance needs, and service recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a pool technician or in a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of pool maintenance, cleaning procedures, and chemical balancing.
- Ability to diagnose and repair basic equipment malfunctions.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to pick up work vehicle.
