HIRING QUALIFIED HVAC INSTALLERS/SERVICE TECHS (Lakeland)

Job title: HVAC Installer/Service Tech
We are seeking quality applicants to perform change outs at multifamily apartment complexes. We provide service to the greater Tampa Bay and Orlando area. No overnights. Great starting pay and benefits like: Direct Deposit (Paid weekly), Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation, Company pays 50% of Health, Dental, Vision insurances after 90 days. Company offers a Performance Bonus based on your daily workload (Bonus applied weekly up to $250) Applicants must have a good driving record and be able to pass a background check. We rarely climb around attics, mostly closet installs.
HVAC Installer/Service Tech Requirements:
-Minimum of 3 yrs exp
-Must be able to complete installs from start to finish with little/no supervision
-Can adhere to company policies and complete jobs within required time frame
-Knows and performs proper procedures to ensure an accurate installation
-Applicant must know local and state regulations and complete installs to pass inspections
-Must have basic troubleshooting skills and knowledge on how to resolve unforeseen issues
-Must have good communication skills
-Must have clean driving record and subject to background check
-Applicant will be required to have most HVAC tools to complete installs (Some tools will be provided by the company)
Company vehicle provided to and from job sites. Employees get paid drive time. Monday through Friday Full Time. No on-call and No weekends. 95% Attic free
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
