House and Barn Painter

We have two small painting contracts to give out and are looking for a qualified painter. One is painting a large metal roof and the other painting stucco walls and wooden doors. We have developed two simple contracts that give a detailed description of the work to be given out and will gvie each applicant a copy for them to review and fill in their price. In addition we will give each applicant an opportunity to inspect the areas to be painted before they submit their price. We will supply the paint all that is required is the labor. If you are afraid of height the roof might not be for you so you can bid on just the stucco walls and wooden doors. Thw work is scheduled to begin mid to late August. We will interview all qualified canidates.
