Position Summary
This unique role offers a blend of project support and hands-on field supervision. You'll be involved in project coordination while leading work crews and performing electrical/mechanical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the superintendent with project planning and documentation
Supervise work crews and ensure quality standards
Perform hands-on commercial electrical and mechanical work
Maintain safety compliance and train staff
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
Requirements (not negotiable)
High school diploma, GED, or trade school equivalent
1+ years of commercial electrical and mechanical experience (Basic reading of plans and specs)
Valid driver's license (in non-suspended status)
Clean background check (no criminal records, nationwide)
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various conditions
Reliable means to get to work and jobsites on a daily basis (M-F)
No overtime (no off time or weekend work, 40 work hours only except emergencies)
Preferred
Previous supervisory experience
Trade certifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
