HI ALL!
Our family owned real estate company is looking for an awesome person to partner with! This is a part time driver position for one of the easiest jobs you could ever do! Driving a route of houses and hanging flyers on doors of specific houses!
Weekends are best, but weekdays are also good.
You don't have to sell a thing, you just need to have an out going personality.
BUT… if you’ve got sales experience it’s a huge plus.
WE PAY IMMEDIATELY AT THE END OF EACH DAY VIA CASH APP.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- A GREAT personality
- A solid car that will not break down
- Good gas mileage
SPECIFICS:
1. We send you a list of addresses
2. Each time you arrive at an address you check in with a picture of the house
3. Tape a flyer to the door and call us on speakerphone
4. You knock on the door and see if you can get them to talk to us over the phone while you’re there
5. 7 hours a day for each day worked
PAY & BONUSES:
$17.50 per hour
$10 FLYER CALL BONUS - First call we get from a flyer/house
$15 IMMEDIATE TALK BONUS - They talk to us while you’re on site
$35 gas reimbursement
$10 lunch reimbursement per 7 hours worked
$500 bonus paid at closing for each deal we get from your fliers
Right now this is contracted work as needed and meant to supplement your current income. However, it could grow into something bigger.
