Available Positions:
1. General Laborers -
As a General Laborer focused on a multitude of tasks, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our workspaces. You'll maintain all safety standards while moving, securing, installing, building, loading, or unloading materials. Additionally, you'll perform some specialized tasks which may require on-the-job training.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all workspaces
- Pick up litter and trash to maintain a pristine environment
- Adhere to and maintain all safety standards
- Move, secure, install, build, load, and unload materials as needed
- Operate equipment such as skid steers and tractors (experience is a plus)
- Assist with various projects and tasks as directed by supervisors
- Operate hand and power tools as necessary
- Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in general labor or construction preferred
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
- Ability to walk steep hills and navigate rough terrain
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience operating skid steers, tractors, or similar equipment (is a plus)
- Carpentry skills (is a plus)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver’s license may be required for some tasks

2. Grounds Maintenance Workers:
Grounds Maintenance Workers are essential to maintaining the outdoor areas of our facilities. You'll be responsible for tasks such as edging, mowing, fertilizing, and installing/maintaining landscapes. Additionally, you'll prune trees and shrubs to ensure vegetation remains attractive, orderly, and safe. You'll effectively use heavy and light equipment, depending on the jobsite/assignment.
3. Ranch Hands play a crucial role in the daily operations of our ranch facilities. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks including feeding and caring for livestock, maintaining ranch equipment, operating tractors and other farm/ranch machinery, and performing general upkeep of the ranch. Your efforts will help ensure that our ranch operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Feed, water, and care for livestock
- Assist with health checks, calving, and other livestock management tasks
- Maintain and repair fences, barns, and other ranch facilities
- Operate and maintain ranch equipment and machinery, including tractors and skid steers
- Perform general upkeep and cleaning of the ranch
- Support with seasonal tasks such as haying and planting
Qualifications:
- Previous ranch or farm experience preferred
- Ability to operate tractors, skid steers, and other machinery (is a plus)
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Knowledge of animal husbandry practices (is a plus)
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Valid driver’s license (is a plus)
