Available Positions:
1. General Laborers - Housekeeping:
As a General Laborer focused on housekeeping tasks, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our workspaces. You'll maintain all safety standards while moving, securing, installing, building, loading, or unloading materials. Additionally, you'll perform some specialized tasks which may require on-the-job training.
2. Grounds Maintenance Workers:
Grounds Maintenance Workers are essential to maintaining the outdoor areas of our facilities. You'll be responsible for tasks such as edging, mowing, fertilizing, and installing/maintaining landscapes. Additionally, you'll prune trees and shrubs to ensure vegetation remains attractive, orderly, and safe. You'll effectively use heavy and light equipment, depending on the jobsite/assignment.
3. Tractor Operators:
Tractor Operators play a crucial role in maintaining larger outdoor areas. You'll be responsible for tasks such as bushhogging, field mowing, and brush removal. Your expertise in operating heavy machinery will contribute to the overall upkeep of our outdoor spaces. You'll maintain all safety standards while effectively using heavy equipment based on the jobsite/assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
General Laborers: Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain cleanliness and organization in workspaces, ensuring all safety standards are met while moving, securing, installing, building, loading, or unloading materials. Perform specialized tasks as required, effectively using heavy and light equipment based on the jobsite/assignment.
Grounds Maintenance Workers: Edging, mowing, fertilizing, installing, and maintaining landscapes, as well as pruning trees and shrubs, all while maintaining safety standards and effectively using heavy and light equipment based on the jobsite/assignment.
Tractor Operators: Perform bushhogging, field mowing, and brush removal using heavy machinery, while maintaining safety standards and effectively using equipment based on the jobsite/assignment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety standards.
Experience operating heavy machinery (for tractor operators).
Physical fitness and ability to perform tasks related to outdoor maintenance.
