Part-time, Subcontractor
Compensation: Up to $800/month
Description: THIS IS STRICTLY ONLY GYM RESTROOMS AND LOBBY. NOT ENTIRE GYM
We are seeking experienced and professional cleaning subcontractors to provide services for two gym locations. This part-time position involves cleaning bathrooms and front lobby areas at both facilities, with each cleaning session estimated to take around 1.5 hours.
Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, showers, and floors. - Sanitize and restock restroom supplies, including toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
- Maintain a clean and organized front lobby area, ensuring seating areas, tables, and floors are free of dirt and debris.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
Requirements: - Minimum 1 years of commercial cleaning experience.
- Valid license and insurance (proof required).
- Own reliable transportation, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
