Pass substance abuse testing.
Valid Florida unrestricted driver's license preferred. This is a no-driving position.

Monitor turf/shrub health and care needs.
Diagnose turf and shrub problems and essential pest identification.
Mow Zoysia turf.
Operate power and manual and granular spreaders and reel lawnmowers.
