-Operations Management: Oversee daily venue operations; ensure smooth service, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and lead staff; set performance goals and provide feedback.
Customer Experience: Ensure high-level service; handle guest complaints and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Financial Management: Manage budgets, track sales, control costs, and drive profitability.
Marketing & Growth: Collaborate on promotions, events, and new offerings to boost sales.
Vendor & Inventory Control: Manage supplier relationships and maintain cost-effective inventory.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure food safety, alcohol licensing compliance, and prepare performance reports.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to long-term business strategies and stay ahead of trends.
Qualifications:
5+ years of F&B management experience (GM preferred).
Strong leadership, customer service, and financial management skills.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance.
Proficient in management software and Microsoft Office.
Degree in Hospitality or Business Administration preferred.
