Potential for forklift operation (sit-down forklift experience preferred, expected less than 20% usage). May be completed after hired on.
Providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction with every interaction.
Assisting walk-in customers at our sales counters and fielding inquiries at off-site locations.
Managing incoming vendor shipments and handling customer returns with efficiency and accuracy.
Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and sales areas.
Fulfilling customer orders, including picking, documenting, and packing, with attention to detail.
Loading and unloading trucks, conducting deliveries, and pickups with safety and precision.
Confidently assisting customers with purchases and inquiries, offering reliable product information and pricing.
Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer needs.
Monitoring inventory levels and promptly notifying supervisors of any stock depletions.
About You:
Demonstrated experience in shipping and receiving within a general warehouse setting.
Customer service skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
