Ability to demonstrate basic PC/Internet skills Minimum Requirements:
Computer Skills: knowledge of Microsoft products (i.e., Word, Outlook Excel)
Must be able to submit to and pass a background screening.
Must be receptive to coaching and training as minimal quality requirements are in place.
Job duties:
Responsible for providing support to business operations such as front end, data capture, and / or document / transaction content management. Provides administrative support to business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry or similar activities. Previous Medical Bill Review experience
The work undertaken by the role holder is completed in line with the Service Level Agreement and Statement of Work relevant for the customer including but not limited to turnaround times and quality.
Utilizes resources for training purposes, communication with client partners will be required; written and verbal professionalism is a must.
Attend meetings or trainings with management or client trainers via online services including Zoom, Teams, etc.
Maintains HIPAA compliance in keeping a secure workspace at home offices.
Position will require use of various programs; ideal candidates can monitor and manage multiple windows and monitors simultaneously.
