Preferred Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science

Experience working on Windows desktop PCs and peripherals
Current or previous Publix Retail experience
Current or previous experience supporting ATMs
Experience using applications such as – AptraVision, UIM, B24, and Office
Experience in remote troubleshooting of network cabling
One or more years of customer service and/or phone support experience
