Description A Robert Half client in Lakeland is hiring for an Accounts Payable Manager on a full-time, direct-hire basis. This position will be responsible for the following:
Overseeing all functions of Accounts Payable department including processes, procedures and reporting
Ensures all expenses and associated costs are recorded accurately for entire AP team
Trains and develops Accounts Payable team members
Creates various AP reports to display updated metrics and cash outflow of the organization
May assist with processing of invoices on an as needed basis
Requirements
Position Requirements:
2+ years of experience in an AP Lead, Supervisor or Manager position
Knowledgeable in the backend general ledger process
Advanced Excel skills preferred
Experience managing a team of 2 or more
Good organization skills required
