Responsibilities
Arrange travel for businesses, sports teams, vacations, weddings and more
Determine customer needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs, and payment plans
Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips
Book reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, honeymoons, etc.
Provide proper documentation to the clients such as authorization forms, flight tickets, theme park tickets, concert tickets, tour tickets, etc.
Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during trips
All candidates are required to attend a live presentation
Qualifications
Must have a computer and/or cell phone
Internet Access
Must be 18 or over
Must be comfortable working with little supervision
Must be coachable
Must have a positive attitude
