Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and help customers with paperwork as needed.
Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
Take all incoming calls and information for new roof inquiries.
Operates multiple phones, take messages, and texting.
Keep a clean workspace and office area.
Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Keep forms and proposals stocked for salesmen.
