To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
Absolutely and no shape or form college degree is necessary for this job. In fact, if you have one it will be a strike against you.
You will be working directly with the owner and creator of this project. As impossible, as crazy as it sounds, his motivation and drive gives no space for failure. “NO” is not in his vocabulary.
You must be able to contribute creatively to this project.
The top 5 will be selected under those parameters, the top 3 will be given full details of this project.
Must be able to keep up & to rival owners creativity to make this a complete new experience to the sport they will be catered to.
They also will be responsible for hiring your team and managing social media aspect for this project including pod casts and YouTube, in public interviews, help put together promotional events nationally.
We are currently looking for a one month contract to help with relocation. If personalities jive, possibility of extension.
There is going to be multiple states included in this expanding project.

There will be no questions answered for this position because it never existed. This is strictly performance base position.
Must be able to start immediately, there is no on the job training or training for this position. You should be able to sell yourself and perform.
This industry is a high level, adrenaline sport related company. If it has a motor, if it goes fast, if you can climb it or jump out of it, this is what this company will be doing: promoting and supporting those sports.
This position will be up until weekend of March 3rd as it needs to be filled immediately.
This company will be showcasing its product at Sema; there is a billed for a couple sema projects where you will be responsible for registration, hotels, travels as well and organizing your team to keep up with the pace of the project in all aspects.
There is no time clock, there is no boss; if you do not perform, there will be no focused talk or hugs and no chances.
Don’t ask what my range is, tell me what your range is. A salary will be agreed and decided by the owner like old school. Here is your first test: tell me what this position should offer. Who is going to be your right hand candidate to be successful in this venture. I am not looking for a resume, I am looking for what you are planning to contribute to make this process a successful venture.
If you can’t follow these instructions, then clearly this is not a position for you.
The owner doesn’t understand the possibility of failure. The whole company thinks this way, driven by success. Any negativity will not be tolerated.

There is no second chance or questioning.
You might think the owner’s tone is tough, but he refuses to accept this new world and will keep this old school age attitude. What that means is that you will have respect for everyone, you will dress appropriately, you will not be on your phone unless is R&D related to your project : you will be told one time. There will be plenty of breaks, plenty of laughs, but we only have one month to get owners where they want to be.
This is un unconventional position.
