Are you ready to join this team and make an impact?"The Space Inventory Planner role is responsible for working collaboratively with the Space Inventory Manager, Building Managers, Space Resource Managers, tenant representatives, vendors, project managers, stakeholders and agencies pertaining to all facility related space inventory data, analytics, optimization, migration, and coordination for the WDW Building & Property Management (B&PM) portfolio (roughly 4.8 million SF). The Space Inventory Planner uses a continuous improvement model and proactive communication to maintain and leverage targeted data points as determined by department management, currently specific to square footage, occupancy, utilization, trends, and opportunities.The Space Inventory Planner reports to the Space Inventory Manager.What You Will Do

Be responsible for compliance with the company’s safety programs and initiatives, as well as compliance with regulatory and building code requirements for use of space and programming.

Lead efforts for data analytics collection of current state, needs, and forecasts for the FL site administrative space portfolio.

Be responsible for monitoring efficiency and updating changes or modifications to floor plans and space utilization information.

Develop and manage and/or support strategic projects related to space planning, occupancy, space development, utilization, meta-data, allocations, etc. to ensure accuracy.

Develop, create, and produce useful reporting and presentations on space related analytics.

Partner with B&PM Leadership to advise on, develop, and help implement space-related efforts, including modifications, expansions and acquisitions within the B&PM portfolio.

Support facility sustainment efforts for building wide operations including IFP Planning, and Global Contracts.

Effectively communicate to help pro-actively avoid potential issues, elevating as appropriate.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Solid understanding of AutoCAD.

Efficiency with Visio, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe Photoshop, SAP, Microsoft Office suite, etc.

Ability to develop and explain analytical reports from database.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Archibus or a related space inventory systems.

Proficiency in reading and understanding of database architecture as it pertains to tables and fields.

Proficiency in Tableau / Power BI.
