Security Supervisor

The Security Supervisor directs and coordinates the activities of the Security Officers actively engaged in the execution of the CFI, Inc. security programs under the direction of the Director of Security and or General Manager. As a Security Supervisor, you will:Provide the initial response to all incidents of a Police, Fire, or Medical nature and act accordingly within the scope of duties as a Security OfficerManage entry and exit control points at designated propertiesMonitor a proprietary monitoring station or front desk (fire alarm panel) as required by law and monitor the Security surveillance systemConduct safety inspections as directed by policy and established procedureMaintain individual Security activity records, checklists, and logsRespond to basic service requests and perform preventative maintenance on the electronic guest room security system and in-room electronic safes if applicableAbility to solve practical problems and deal with various situations, including emergencies related to the property, guests, and/or employeesAbility to interpret various instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, schedule form, or computer-generatedTo excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
