Secretary IShow ProductionDisney Live Entertainment - Walt Disney Parks & ResortsJob DescriptionThis role provides administrative support for the Disney Live Entertainment Show Production leadership team at the Walt Disney World Resort.Position ResponsibilitiesDemonstrated proficiency in calendar management (multiple leaders), travel planning and booking, expense report completion, SAP Casual Buyer and Procurement services, meeting material preparation, IT / Tech support and office supply management.Assist Production Teams in achieving accurate timelines (calendar, purchasing, travel). Coordinate agendas, meeting notes and action items. Demonstrate excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, including prooing, to assure professional interaction with all levels of leadership, internal partners and external contacts. Serves as backup for calendar management for Executive Administrative Assistant for periods when they are out of office.Requires strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and demonstrated follow-through. Ability to maintain confidential information.
