We are seeking a skilled Nano-weld Technician to join our FAA Part 145 certified component repair facility. The ideal candidate will have expertise in welding techniques, ensuring precision, quality, and compliance with aviation standards for the repair and maintenance of aerospace components. We will teach our Nano-weld procedure. Must be highly reliable, have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, great communication skills, and high level of attention to detail. Must also be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings, maintaining a drug-free lifestyle to ensure safety and productivity in the workplace.

Certification in aerospace or aviation maintenance are highly desirable.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in precision welding, with at least 1 year specific to an aerospace environment preferred.
Proficient in using weld tools, microscopes, and related precision equipment.
Knowledge of materials used in aerospace applications is necessary.
High School Diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in welding, materials science, or a related field is advantageous.
