We are looking for a team player with a strong attention to detail to join our
team. Florida Keys Property Care is responsible for overseeing the
maintenance and upkeeping of residential properties. Our work is driven by
integrity, inclusion and transparency. We are proud to take care of one of
the nicest communities in the Florida Keys. Our mission is to provide our
clients with a property management service like no other ensuring that
their investment is protected for years to come.
Duties include
Routine maintenance like pressure washing, window washing, restocking
refrigerators, rust prevention, organizing, boat washing, flower planting,
small paint jobs, ac filter replacements, water filter replacements, hurricane
and storm preparation.
Compensation
Starting Pay $17 - $23 p/hour. Salary options available after 6 months – 1
year of employment. If reliable, hardworking and motivated there is room
for increased compensation.
Paid weekly.
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm. 1 hour paid lunch.
Paid holidays Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, 4th of July. No work on
any bank holidays unless its urgent.
