Assistant Engineer needed. Good starting pay. Must possess a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and some maritime knowledge. The Assistant Engineer performs a variety of duties concerned with the operation, maintenance, repair and cleaning of equipment and facilities throughout the ship under the direction of the Chief Engineer.

High School diploma or GED required. A TWIC card and Merchant Mariner Credential with an STCW Basic endorsement is also required but may possibly be obtained after employment depending on prior experience.
