Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic sales of our unique multi-restaurant and marina experiences.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals, targets, and associated bonuses.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas and opportunities for growth.
- Lead business development initiatives to expand the customer base of our restaurants and group bookings.
-Office/remote based dinner restaurant phone answering and table booking confirmations; with capability of forwarding to personal cell during island travel times. In coordination with restaurant operations.
-Marina Amenity Suite bookings and coordination with marina operations
-Assume all concierge related services; collateral creation, front desk visits, hotel/group sales team meetings, Excel tracking of top concierge contributors and subsequent IHP management and drop-off
-First point of contact for private events/buyouts/big party inquires, handling the booking details in conjunction with the GM through date of event
-Continuous BEO management between guest, GM, and chef through event date
-Creating new relationships and chasing down new business and fresh revenue streams, i.e. creating sales in-roads at hotel groups/B&Bs/Guest Houses/wedding planners/concierge groups/tour companies/corporate bookers, potential daytime use of dinner spaces, private room bookings
-Working closely with and monitoring/assessing any other Sales and Marketing efforts and OMG Media management, with my close oversight
Experience:
- Proven experience in managing a high-performing sales.
- Strong background in sales and restaurants encouraged.
- Demonstrated success in analyzing sales data and market trends to drive business growth.
- Experience in developing and executing successful business development strategies.
Skills:
- Proficiency in analyzing sales metrics and market data to make informed decisions.
- Experience in outside sales and account management.
- Strong business development skills with a focus on restaurant sales, special events, planning and coordinating with other leaders.
