Job Responsibilities:
1. Answering Phones:
- Professionally handle incoming calls and promptly address customer inquiries or concerns.
- Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and company policies.
- Ensure all phone calls are handled with a friendly and customer-centric approach.
- Transfer calls to the appropriate departments or individuals as needed.
2. Scheduling Technicians:
- Efficiently schedule technicians for service appointments based on availability and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with customers to find suitable appointment times and ensure smooth scheduling.
- Maintain an organized scheduling system and update it regularly to reflect any changes or cancellations.
- Communicate with technicians to provide them with accurate and timely details about their assigned jobs.
3. Administrative Tasks:
- Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and managing documentation.
- Assist in maintaining customer records and updating the customer database.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless workflow and efficient operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer service, phone handling, or scheduling is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls and inquiries.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and scheduling software.
- Familiarity with the marine industry or related services is a plus.
