Atlantic Trash & Transfer, LLC, a leading waste management company in the Florida Keys is dedicated to environmental sustainability, is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Dispatcher/Office/Scale House Assistant Cross Position. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of waste reduction, recycling and responsible disposal.
Position: Dispatcher/Office/Scale House Assistant Cross Position
Location: Key Largo, FL 33037
Employment Type: Part Time / Possible Full-time
Responsibilities:
1. Dispatch Operations: Coordinate and scheduling od dumpsters orders, grapple orders and Porta Potty Deliveries.
2. Office Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and responding to inquiries.
3. Scale House Assistance: Oversee weigh scale operations, ensuring accurate measurement of incoming and outgoing waste.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in dispatch, office administration, or scale house operations is an asset but not required. We will train.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Google docs, QuickBooks Online.
