Attorney to work as in-house counsel to a fast growing aerospace company in Marathon. Your duties will include, company contracts, adding appropriate language to purchase orders, invoices and other legal documents, human resource issues, and most importantly working with FAA regulations to ensure that the company remains in compliance with all FAA regulations, EASA regulations, UK regulations and any other authority that the company determines would be helpful. You also will be reviewing potential partnership agreements and foreign contracts.
The job will be full time. The company has 12 days PTO, 10 paid holidays, health insurance pd 50% by the company, and a 401(k) with a 3% company contribution and match up to 6%.
We do not expect you to be an expert yet in all areas, but willing to spend the time to become an expert. Aerospace is an exciting fast growing industry and you can learn and grow with us.
